We're seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President, Accounting Manager to join our GFCOE Intercompany Close and Consolidation team. This role is located in Chennai.

In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways :

• Responsible for managing the Intercompany Center of Excellence process covering Intercompany setup, IC Billing and settlements, and addressing queries from stakeholders on a day-to-day basis.
• Maintain and update Service Level Description.
• Delegate tasks to team members.
• Conduct training of team members to maximize their potential.
• Empower team members with skills to improve their confidence, product knowledge, and communication skills.
• Conduct performance reviews for the team.
• Monitor performance KPIs and quality / timeliness of all IC and close activities.
• Identify process enhancements to strengthen the control environment and improve operational efficiency.
• Prepare, analyze, and clear Daily Intercompany breaks by liaising with global teams.
• Support the monthly / quarterly close process - monitor Day 3 P / L and Day 4 Balance sheet entries and submit reports to senior management.
• Prepare various reporting metrics - Monthly Dashboards, KPI metrics trend, etc.
• Lead projects undertaken within the Intercompany Close and Consolidation group.
