About The Role :

We are seeking an experienced and self-driven HR People Partner to manage end-to-end HR operations and talent acquisition activities for our Dehradun office.

The role requires close collaboration with business and functional leaders to ensure smooth HR processes, employee engagement, and alignment of HR initiatives with organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities :

People Partnering :

• Serve as the primary HR point of contact for employees and managers, providing guidance on HR policies and procedures.
• Drive employee engagement, grievance management, and retention initiatives.
• Partner with leadership to address workforce planning, performance, and development needs.
• Support and facilitate performance management cycles and talent review discussions.
