We are hiring for Staffing Sales Manager with having exposure in Domestic IT Staffing for our internal team @ Noida.
Role & responsibilities
- Sales and Business Development :
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue and growth targets within the domestic IT staffing space.
- Identify, prospect, and convert new clients, focusing on understanding their IT staffing needs.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients, acting as the main point of contact.
- Create and present customized IT staffing solutions to clients, showcasing the company's capabilities and expertise
2. Client Management :
Manage and grow existing client accounts, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention.Oversee the recruitment process to ensure the timely placement of qualified candidates.Act as a consultant to clients, advising on staffing solutions, recruitment trends, and industry best practices.3. Team Leadership & Collaboration :
Lead a small team of sales executives, setting clear targets, goals, and performance metrics.Collaborate with the recruitment and delivery teams to ensure alignment in staffing requirements and candidate quality.Provide regular coaching and mentorship to the sales team to enhance performance.4. Market Research & Strategy :
Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to position the company's offerings effectively.Analyze market data and feedback to refine sales strategies and develop new business opportunities.5. Reporting & Performance Tracking :
Track and report on sales performance, ensuring alignment with business objectives.Maintain detailed records of sales activities, client communications, and follow-ups using CRM tools.Skills Required
