BIM Architect

As a BIM Engineer you will be responsible for supporting the model development and maintenance of accurate and coordinated Building Information Models (BIM) for our projects. You will collaborate closely with senior BIM Engineer Coordinator BIM Manager and other project teams to ensure the successful delivery of BIM deliverables.

The ideal candidate possesses experience in creating 3D models using BIM software such as Revit AutoCAD or ArchiCAD. Attention to detail technical proficiency and the ability to work effectively in a team environment are important. They should have strong problem-solving skills and be able to interpret design documents and specifications accurately. Familiarity with BIM standards and a willingness to learn and adapt to new software and technologies is desirable.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

BIM Modeling :

• Assist in developing 3D BIM models using industry-standard software such as Revit.
• Collaborate with the BIM team to ensure accurate and coordinated BIM models.
• Incorporate design changes into the BIM models as directed by senior team members.
• Follow established BIM standards protocols and best practices.
