Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Talent Manager (Influencer Marketing) at our Pune location. The Talent Manager will be responsible for identifying, recruiting, and managing relationships with influencers and content creators. Day-to-day tasks include developing marketing strategies, negotiating contracts, coordinating influencer campaigns, and monitoring performance metrics. The Talent Manager will also be expected to provide creative consultation and support to ensure successful campaign execution.

Qualifications

• Skills in influencer identification, recruitment, and relationship management
• Experience in developing marketing strategies and negotiating contracts
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Understanding of performance metrics and campaign monitoring
• Possess creative consultation and support skills
• Ability to work onsite in Pune full-time
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
• Experience in the creative industry or with influencer marketing is a plus
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
