Job Title : ServiceNow Developer

Work Location : Bengaluru

Work Experience : 3-6 years

Work mode : 5 days WFO

Job Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage the incident work queue.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITOM, Discovery, and Service Mapping implementations.
• Strong expertise in the ServiceNow platform, with a focus on ITOM development and configuration.
• Ability to troubleshoot, analyze, and optimize ITOM solutions.
• Experience working with API integrations, Flow Designer, Catalog Item creation, Custom Applications, Platform Health & Security, Automated Test Framework (ATF), and Mobile.
