About the Role

We are looking for a Senior ServiceNow Developer to join our team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development, with a strong focus on IT Service Management (ITSM) modules. You will play a key role in designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions that streamline IT operations and improve business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions, with a primary focus on ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Request, CMDB, Knowledge, etc.)
• Customize ServiceNow applications and modules, workflows, business rules, UI policies, and integrations.
• Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
• Maintain and enhance existing ServiceNow implementations, ensuring performance, usability, and scalability.
• Integrate ServiceNow with third-party tools and systems.
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to best practices within the ServiceNow team.
