Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales and Service Engineer located in Hyderabad. The Sales and Service Engineer will be responsible for managing customer relationships, providing technical support, conducting sales activities, and overseeing the installation and maintenance of scientific instruments. Daily tasks include troubleshooting equipment issues, conducting product demonstrations, training customers on product usage, and collaborating with the sales team to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields
• Technical skills in installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of scientific instruments
• Experience in Sales, Customer Relationship Management, and developing sales strategies
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Prior experience in the scientific instruments industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
