JD Logistics Analyst

JOB PURPOSE :

A part of RI factory operations this role will assist warehouse operations on inbound and outbound operations. Engages on SAP warehouse management systems for day-to-day operations and ensures transactional quality and adherence to the standard work

JOB DUTIES :

• Conducts SAP WM transactional execution
• Assists materials movements from receipt to point of use
• Develops picking kitting and material movement plans
• Creates and governs first pick shortage reports
• Adheres to dock to bin metrics and timely excess & short material system adjustments
• Ensures IRA (Inventory Record Accuracy) and SLA (Storage Location Accuracy)
• Communicates and collaborates with CFT on material grievances
• Possesses and demonstrates sound knowledge on SAP WM & IM modules
• Monitors and governs required warehouse KPIs
• Coordinates and supports internal & external audits
• Develops RCCAs for the material variances
• Adheres to warehouse operations standard work
