Role Description

We're looking for an Onboarding Logistics Consultant to join our growing international operations team in Chennai (full-time, on-site).

In this role, you'll coordinate the logistics and scheduling for new restaurant implementations across global markets. You'll work closely with internal teams and certified partners to ensure every customer's onboarding experience runs smoothly — on time, every time.

This is a dynamic role where you'll balance precision, communication, and collaboration — ensuring our restaurant partners get the best possible start with Toast.

What You'll Do

  • Plan and manage logistics for customer onboarding and implementation.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely execution.
  • Oversee supply chain, dispatch scheduling, and resource allocation.
  • Analyze and optimize logistics processes for quality, efficiency, and profitability.
  • Support partners and customers to ensure high satisfaction levels.
  • Manage reports, escalations, and ad-hoc project requests.

What You'll Bring

  • 3+ years of experience in logistics coordination, operations, or project management.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills with attention to detail.
  • Experience in operations management, consulting, or SaaS / hospitality preferred.
  • Excellent time management and stakeholder coordination skills.
  • Calm, organized, and proactive in high-energy environments.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, or Supply Chain Management (or equivalent).
