About This Role

We are seeking a seasoned Senior IT Delivery Lead to drive the strategic planning, technical execution, and continuous improvement of large-scale IT platforms and products. This role demands a strong background in Java-based technologies, cloud architecture, and agile methodologies, with a focus on delivering value across Vodafone markets. The individual will lead cross-functional teams, manage stakeholder expectations, and ensure robust risk mitigation and service delivery aligned with business outcomes.

What You Will Do

• Lead strategic planning and decision-making for technical delivery, including architecture, tooling, and resource allocation.
• Drive the rollout of products across Vodafone markets, ensuring alignment with business goals and technical standards.
• Manage agile delivery teams comprising developers, DevQAs, and solution architects to deliver commercial requirements.
• Identify and mitigate risks related to platform robustness, data privacy, and security.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement within the delivery organisation.
• Maintain strong stakeholder relationships and ensure transparent communication throughout the delivery lifecycle.
• Oversee transition planning into lifecycle management post-delivery.
• Provide regular progress updates and management reports to stakeholders.
