Senior Manager – Human Resources (HRBP)

JOB PURPOSE
The Senior Manager – HRBP for Airport Operations acts as a strategic partner to operational leadership, aligning HR strategies with business goals to enhance workforce performance, compliance, and employee engagement in a dynamic airport environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Strategic HR Partnership
Collaborate with airport operations leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that support operational excellence.
Act as a trusted advisor on workforce planning, talent management, and organizational design.
Talent & Performance Management
Drive performance management processes and coach leaders on feedback and development.
Employee Relations & Engagement
Manage employee relations cases, ensuring fair and consistent resolution.
Foster a culture of engagement, inclusion, and continuous improvement.
Compliance & Risk Management
Ensure HR practices comply with aviation regulations, labor laws, and internal policies.
Partner with legal and compliance teams to mitigate risks.
Operational HR Excellence
Oversee HR operations including onboarding, payroll coordination, and benefits administration.
Analyze HR metrics to inform decisions and improve processes.
Change Management & Communication
Lead change initiatives related to organizational restructuring, policy updates, or technology implementations.
Facilitate effective communication between HR and airport operational teams.
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS
MBA / PGDM in Human Resources or related field.
10+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a business partnering role.
Exposure to large-scale operations, preferably in aviation or a regulated industry.
Experience in aviation, transportation, or large-scale operational environments preferred.
Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR systems, and compliance frameworks.
