Job Overview :

We are looking for a highly capable Delivery Lead with a proven track record in leading end-to-end delivery of custom IT or digital solutions. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience managing the full project lifecycle — from concept and planning to development, testing, and go-live — while leading a cross-functional team of 10+ members.

The role demands strong project management acumen, stakeholder handling, and the ability to balance delivery excellence with business value realization.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and manage the end-to-end delivery of multiple digital or custom IT projects.
• Own the project lifecycle from initiation to go-live, ensuring successful completion within defined scope, timeline, and budget.
• Oversee and coordinate cross-functional teams (engineering, QA, design, product, data, and DevOps).
• Manage risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests effectively with proactive mitigation plans.
• Conduct effort estimation, project planning, and resource allocation to ensure smooth execution.
• Ensure alignment of project outcomes with business objectives, ROI, and value realization.
• Facilitate Agile delivery through scrum ceremonies, sprint planning, and retrospectives (though this alone isn't the core focus).
• Work closely with business stakeholders to define requirements, prioritize deliverables, and validate outcomes.
• Ensure high-quality deliverables, adherence to SLAs, and continuous improvement in delivery processes.
• Support project audits, documentation, and compliance with governance standards.
