Description of Position
Are you interested in shaping the future of localized movies and television? As Capacity Planning Specialist, you will be instrumental in providing data driven insight to support strategic decisions, promote efficiency and help teams to prepare for demands. This includes data collection, interpreting data and analyzing results, forecasting and capacity planning, and developing streamlined processes to promote data quality. As an ideal candidate, you will bring experience to help raise the bar and are an expert in the fields of strategic planning and risk assessment. You will work cross functionally with global teams.
Primary Responsibilities
- Analyze data from production teams to determine at-a-glance bandwidth for different internal teams. Compare this data against the volume of incoming requests to plan monthly volumes, efficiently load balance, and forecast potential capacity crunches. Present findings to higher-level stakeholders and recommend new metrics to better forecast capacity.
- Analyze requested project timelines and determine if they allow for successful delivery based on existing workflows. Present final project proposal to stakeholders
- Tracking overall dubbing market trends and dub vendor capacity to support planning and utilization reporting
- Analyze and identify specific risks (inherent & residual) and associated risk ratings within team’s metrics collection processes to target areas of improvement
- Collect, consolidate, and analyze operational data, including preparing internal reporting deliverables, analyzing trends & drivers, and explaining forecast vs. actual variances
- Prepare and deliver periodic executive level dashboard for metrics, insights and trends to help inform and guide critical business decisions
- Develop and implement comprehensive and consistent strategies, tools, and processes related to capacity planning and performance metrics
- Support meetings and all proposals by supplying relevant data and highlight concerns relating to actual or potential issues
- Maintaining databases and developing automated processes for source data collection to support data quality

Bachelor’s Degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science or applicable equivalent experienceA total of 2-4 years of experience in Work Force ManagementProfessional Certificate in Data Analytics / WFM (not mandatory but preferred)Proficiency with Advanced Excel and Data Visualization expertiseCandidates with PowerBI and Tableau experience will be preferred.
