Key Responsibilities
- Provide accounting advice and transactional support for mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, investments, structured finance, debt and equity offerings, leasing, and derivatives.
- Draft technical accounting memos and support accounting policy and governance initiatives.
- Conduct technical research using guidance from FASB, SEC, IASB, and publicly available filings.
- Support in the interpretation and implementation of new accounting standards.
- Benchmark client data against industry standards and recommend improvements.
- Ensure quality in client deliverables by managing engagement progress and timelines.
- Apply professional judgment to complex accounting situations, including regulatory compliance.
- Identify engagement and client service issues and communicate effectively with Managers and Senior Managers.
- Stay updated with accounting concepts, professional standards, and firm policies
