Role & Responsibilities :
The primary responsibilities of the role are as follows :
- Identify brand collaboration with expert's category to ensure recommendation of products, engagement strategizing and implementing various ideas to drive brand revenue
- Strategizing and implementing different strategize being a part of core team across communities
- Lead expert's influencer marketing team, ideating and implementing strategize to build strong relationship between brand and creators
- Owning end-to-end campaign strategy and ensuring smooth execution of the campaigns
- Extracting accurate reports for performance analysis, revenue data along with optimizing other performance matrices and overall brand experience
- Improving and implementing different processes in the team to ensure smooth functioning and timely delivery of campaigns
- Staying up to date with social media trends and generating quality content
- Co-ordination with cross functional team to ensure smooth delivery, right content guidelines and quality campaign implementation
- Briefing and coordinating with influencer for various events, webinars, live sessions, videos, queries, deliveries and campaigns
- Connecting with relevant Influencer through different social media and offline channels to explore potential collaboration
- Exploring possible collaboration with different institutions, clinics, offline clinic set up and other portal related with experts as category
- Co-ordinating for different sub-campaign related to communities and ensuring end to end implementation and execution of the same across different categories
- Working with cross functional team and assist them with different offline and online activities like expos, activations, carnival and other events
Qualification : Min Graduation
