1. Plan, create, and manage content across KICA's social media channels.
2. Develop and maintain monthly social media calendars in line with brand objectives and campaign timelines.
1. Build and nurture relationships with influencers and brand ambassadors.
2. Handle influencer identification, onboarding, negotiation, and campaign management.
1. Collaborate with the performance team to create impactful ad creatives and copy.
2. Track and evaluate campaign performance to ensure maximum ROI
1. Create and maintain the monthly marketing plan for upcoming campaigns and activities.
2. Track all ongoing initiatives and deliverables within the marketing tracker to ensure visibility and hygiene.
3. Prepare detailed monthly marketing reports capturing campaign performance, key highlights, and learnings.
4. Ensure timely payments and documentation for vendors, agencies, and influencer partners.
