to join our team and ensure smooth day-to-day financial operations.

Key Responsibilities :

Daily Expense Management

Track and manage all day-to-day office expenses including petty cash.

Record, verify, and reconcile expense reports and staff reimbursements.

Monthly Software & Subscription Tracking

Monitor and ensure timely payments for recurring software subscriptions and digital tools.

Maintain a tracker for all software licenses and renewal dates.

Accounts Receivable & Payable

Track incoming payments from clients and follow up on overdue invoices.

Ensure timely payments to vendors, freelancers, and service providers.

Prepare and update aging reports.

Documentation & Record-Keeping

Maintain proper documentation of bills, receipts, invoices, and payment proofs.

Organize financial records for audits and internal reviews.

Bank & Vendor Coordination

Handle basic banking transactions and statements.

Liaise with vendors for payment clarifications or discrepancies.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

1–3 years of experience in a similar finance / accounting role

Proficiency in MS Excel and basic accounting software (Tally, Zoho Books, QuickBooks, etc.)

Good understanding of accounting principles, GST, and invoice management.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
