Engineering Manager :

As an Engineering Manager, you will lead and mentor engineering teams, drive technical excellence, and ensure the successful delivery of scalable, enterprise-grade software solutions. You will collaborate across functions to align engineering efforts with business goals while fostering a culture of innovation, ownership, and continuous improvement.

Tasks

Lead, manage, and mentor engineering teams, fostering a high-performing and collaborative team culture

Empower teams to deliver robust, scalable, and customer-centric software aligned with business needs

Oversee project execution, ensuring

technical excellence ,

code quality , and timely delivery

Support engineers’ growth through coaching, feedback, and career development planning

Collaborate with

cross-functional teams

(Product, Design, DevOps, QA) to deliver impactful features

Drive best practices in

software engineering ,

architecture , and

system design

Promote modern development practices including

Agile

CI / CD , and DevOps

Identify and resolve technical and organizational challenges to maintain a productive environment

Professional Requirements and Expertise

9+ years of experience in software engineering, including 5+ years in

engineering management

and

team leadership

Strong background and hands-on experience in

software architecture ,

system design , and software development

Proven ability to lead

cross-functional teams

through the full

software development life cycle

Knowledge of

security ,

compliance , and

performance

for enterprise-grade software

Knowledge of relevant fields of

AI, e.g. Machine Learning

Familiarity with languages and frontend technologies like

TypeScript JavaScript ,

HTML ,

CSS ,

React ,

Next.js

Vue.js ,

Angular

Experience with languages and backend frameworks such as

Java ,

Python ,

Spring Boot, Express.js ,
