Engineering Manager

We’re looking for a

Manager – IT Application Engineering

to join our team and take ownership of delivering scalable, secure, and cloud-based enterprise applications.

What You’ll Do :

Lead and mentor technical teams through the full software development lifecycle

Collaborate with architects, business analysts, and vendors to design and deliver robust solutions

Drive DevOps, Agile, and Waterfall practices to deliver high-volume, multi-channel applications

Oversee incident management, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement initiatives

Ensure adherence to best practices, documentation, and company standards

What We’re Looking For :

Bachelor’s in Computer Science, CIS, or related field

Experience in software development (Web / Mobile / Enterprise Applications) - Mandatory

2+ years in a technical leadership role - Mandatory

Strong experience with SDLC, Agile, DevOps, and enterprise-level solutions

Preferred Skills :

Experience in systems analysis, IT consulting, vendor management

Knowledge of ERP, PeopleSoft, BI / Analytics, EDI / B2B integrations

Familiarity with ITIL frameworks and cloud-based development

Supervisory experience & interaction with senior leadership
