JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking an experienced Appian Developer with a strong background in designing, developing, and implementing Appian-based applications. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Appian BPM development and integration, with the ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

Design, develop, and implement Appian applications, interfaces, and integrations.

Work closely with business analysts and stakeholders to understand business processes and requirements.

Configure Appian components including SAIL interfaces, process models, records, reports, and sites.

Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and maintainability.

Integrate Appian applications with external systems using web services (REST / SOAP).

Support testing, debugging, and deployment activities.

Prepare technical documentation and provide production support as needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

Minimum 3 + years of hands-on experience in Appian BPM development.

Proficiency in Appian 21.x or higher versions.

Experience with Appian objects (SAIL, Process Models, Records, Reports, Sites, and Web APIs).

Good understanding of relational databases and SQL.

Experience in integrating Appian with other systems using APIs.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Appian Level 1 or Level 2 certification (preferred).

Good to Have :

Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments.

Familiarity with DevOps, CI / CD, and cloud deployment models.

Exposure to Java, JavaScript, or other backend technologies.
