Experience : 4- 7 Years

Mode of Work - Remote

Shift - Night Shift (5 : 30pm IST to 2 : 30am IST)

Notice Period : Immediate to 15 Days max

Min 3+years experience

Strong knowledge of BI tools ( Power BI and Tableau)

Experience in Excel

Knowledge in SQL and data modeling concepts.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Team Leadership & Management
• Supervise, mentor, and develop BI analysts and specialists.
• Assign tasks, monitor performance, and ensure timely delivery of reports and dashboards.
• Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the BI team.
• Data Strategy & Analytics
• Oversee the development and maintenance of BI solutions (dashboards, reports, KPIs).
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability across all BI outputs.
• Work with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into BI solutions.
• Monitor industry trends and best practices in BI and analytics.
• Collaboration & Stakeholder Management
• Partner with business leaders, operations, finance, and other teams to identify reporting needs.
• Provide actionable insights and recommendations to support decision-making.
• Act as a point of escalation for BI-related issues or requests.
• System & Process Management
• Oversee BI tools and platforms, ensuring proper usage, optimization, and troubleshooting.
• Ensure compliance with data governance, security, and privacy standards.
• Drive automation and process improvements in reporting and data management.
