Hindustan feeds is a market leader with a strong presence in the cattle feed industry and a rapidly growing business in Maharashtra. We are looking for dynamic candidates for mentioned positions to join our team.

Duties & Responsibilities :

1) Fulfil customer’s needs, keep a record of their complaints and build a friendly relationship with customers.

2) Take note of customers complaints. Fulfil marketing staff’s administrative needs such as :

• Information on retaining credit money.
• Collect orders and process it effectively.
• Guidelines regarding dispatch of the product.

3. Implement freight cost control measures :

4. Support Marketing team for promotional schemes like advertisements and exhibitions.

5. Keep track of the finished goods stock for smooth dispatch.

6. To maintain sales records.

7. Check and verify freight bills.

Requirements :

Qualified applicants must be a graduate / post graduate / MBA with 10 to 12 years of experience in Customer Care department.
