Key Responsibilities :

1. Software Development : Design, develop, and implement software applications and systems in Rust. Ensure code quality, efficiency, and maintainability.

2. Code Optimization : Optimize existing Rust code for performance, scalability, and resource efficiency. Conduct code reviews to ensure best practices.

3. Technical Leadership : Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers. Drive the adoption of Rust best practices within the team.

4. Collaboration and Communication : Work closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and other engineering teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.

5. Problem Solving : Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in Rust applications. Implement robust solutions to prevent future issues.

6. Continuous Learning : Stay abreast of the latest developments in the Rust ecosystem and broader software engineering field. Actively contribute to continuous improvement of development processes.

7. Testing and Documentation : Develop comprehensive unit and integration tests for Rust applications. Ensure thorough documentation for code and technical processes.

8. Project Management : Participate in project planning and management. Ensure timely delivery of software projects while maintaining high standards of quality.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of software development experience, with a significant focus on Rust programming.
• Profound knowledge of Rust language features, its standard library, and ecosystem.
• Experience with systems programming, concurrency, and memory management in Rust.
• Familiarity with software development methodologies such as Agile or Scrum.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
