Job Title : Associate – Counselling Psychologist
Location : Srinagar and Nagpur
Employment Type : Full-Time
Work Schedule : 6 days / week, 9-hour day shifts
Travel : Occasional intercity and intracity travel (company-sponsored)
Role Overview : We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Counselling Psychologist to join our team as an Associate. The role involves delivering psychological support to students through both individual and group interventions, across in-person and digital platforms. Additionally, the candidate will contribute to content development, program initiatives, and training modules aimed at promoting mental wellness within the organization.
Key Responsibilities & KRAs :
Support the Emotional Well-being of Students :
Conduct one-on-one personal counselling sessions with students, walk-ins, or referral
Facilitate group sessions and classroom visits to promote emotional wellness awareness
Follow up with students on designated dates for both online and offline sessions
Provide timely updates to parents, management, or third parties in high-priority or emergency cases
Maintain detailed and confidential case histories for all counselling sessions in accordance with ethical standards
Actively participate in organizational and vertical-level initiatives aimed at promoting emotional wellness
Clinical & Content Development :
Deliver psychological counselling services across multiple formats : in-person, telephonic, video, and email
Assist in the development, review, and updating of training manuals, therapeutic protocols, and program content
Prepare and deliver training modules as required Participate in regular case discussions, supervision, and team meetings
Maintain accurate records and documentation in line with professional and organizational standards
Required Qualifications & Skills :
Postgraduate degree in Psychology (preferably in Counselling or Clinical Psychology)
Proficient in verbal communication in English and Hindi; knowledge of the local regional language is a plus.
Strong active listening and problem-solving abilities
Excellent written communication skills in English
Comfortable working with student populations and young adults
Familiar with psychological assessment tools and therapeutic techniques
Skilled in computer usage for documentation, data management, and analysis (quantitative & qualitative)
High level of self-awareness and emotional maturity
