Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Behavioural Psychologist located anywhere. The Senior Behavioural Psychologist will be responsible for conducting research, psychological assessments, validating data / research. Additional responsibilities include developing and implementing the latest research in the field, and contributing to a supportive and effective company environment.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Psychology and Behavioural psychometry
• Experience in building Psychological Assessment is a plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Doctoral degree in Psychology or related field
