Senior Manager – Risk & Compliance

Our client, a global Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) services firm , is seeking an experienced Senior Manager – Risk & Compliance to join their growing delivery center in Hyderabad.

This is a senior client-facing role that combines compliance risk assessments, ESG & human rights advisory, and internal compliance program development . The ideal candidate will have deep subject-matter expertise, strong consulting skills, and the ability to work with international stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver risk assessments across compliance, anti-bribery & corruption, ESG, human & labour rights, and ethics.
• Conduct third-party due diligence and provide risk mitigation recommendations to global clients.
• Provide advisory and consulting support on compliance frameworks, governance models, and responsible business practices.
• Assist in designing and deploying the company's internal compliance program , including policies, SOPs, and awareness initiatives.
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, both internally and with clients.
• Mentor and guide junior team members in risk assessment and compliance best practices.

Key Requirements

Location : Hyderabad, India (or candidates open to relocation)

Compensation : CTC up to 50 lakh
