The Technical Lead will be an individual contributor responsible for hands-on design and architecture while ensuring high-quality deliverables. The role requires strong technical expertise, ownership of solutions, and the ability to guide and mentor others for long-term success.

Key Responsibilities :

Design & Architecture

• Independently deliver design and architectural solutions aligned with business needs.
• Ensure technical quality of deliverables produced by the team.
• Incorporate Non-Functional Requirements (NFRs) such as scalability, extensibility, and sustainability in solutions.
• Create and review solution designs for assigned projects / products.
• Own and implement technological solutions in collaboration with delivery teams.
