Are you passionate about transforming healthcare with technology We're looking for experienced Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) in Health Tech and Med Tech to join our fast growing innovation team in Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar (CSN).

Your Role & Impact

As an SME, you will :

1. Analyze healthcare processes, workflows, and hospital systems.

2. Work closely with doctors, clinicians, hospital administrators, and tech professionals.

3. Provide business analysis inputs for AI, ML, IoT-driven digital health solutions and MedTech devices.

4. Support requirement gathering, prototyping, validation, and testing.

5. Document use cases, process flows, and system specifications.

6. Stay updated on emerging Health Tech & MedTech trends.

7. Contribute to clinical trials, pilots, and product adoption.

8. Enable knowledge transfer through training and workshops.

What We're Looking For

1. 5–10 years of professional experience in healthcare, MedTech, hospital systems, or healthcare IT.

2. Graduate / Postgraduate in Healthcare, Biomedical Engineering, Life Sciences, or Hospital Administration.

3. Strong understanding of Indian healthcare ecosystem (clinical workflows, hospital operations, regulatory aspects).

4. Solid business analysis and problem-solving skills.

5. Excellent communication in English, Hindi / Marathi.

6. Eagerness to work with AI, ML, IoT, and digital healthcare solutions.
