Manage the KKM operations primarily in Bangalore as and when the programme expands.Responsible for monitoring all centres on a daily basis. Would involve daily visits to the centres and field work.Conduct audit of the centres.Recruit and manage the centre manpower i.e. teachers.Must conduct Community Development and child development activities.Must ensure adherence to the programme guidelines in conducting module sessions, the curriculum, etc.Liaison with the Donor representative with respect to the programme activities and report on a daily, weekly basis.Conduct training sessions for the teachers.Involve in administrative work, which involves, sourcing of centre locations, negotiating with the leasors, enter into lease agreements, etc.Prepare and maintain MIS, reports as per donor and organisation requirements.Must be able to present the programme to potential donorsSkills Required
