Role Overview

We're looking for a Head of AI Platforms & Technology to lead the design, development, and scaling of Centrix's upcoming AI-driven digital healthcare platforms.

You'll drive the end-to-end technology roadmap — from architecture and full-stack development to AI integration, security, and global compliance — working closely with leadership to shape the product vision into a world-class, intelligent platform ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

AI & Machine Learning Integration

• Lead the integration of AI / LLM technologies into the product architecture (OpenAI, Claude, Hugging Face, etc.).
• Design and optimize retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines, embeddings, and prompt logic for accuracy and safety.
• Work with AI consultants and data engineers to ensure model precision, compliance, and performance.
