Job Description : Job Purpose :

Gen AI Developers are responsible for developing robust AI-powered applications and systems integrated with Large Language Models (LLMs) and other cutting-edge AI technologies. The primary focus will be to implement generative AI solutions, with an emphasis on performance, scalability, security, and maintainability, along with other standards and best practices. Key technologies will include LLMs, AWS Bedrock, Python, and various AI frameworks to develop chatbots and Agentic AI systems.

The job will require working in a team with other AI specialists, data scientists, and software engineers, communicating effectively and following Agile methodologies. A thorough understanding of all components of the AI platform and infrastructure is required.

Expertise :

• 5 to 9 years of total working experience across the mentioned skills
• 3+ years of relevant experience in GenAI, LLMs, and AI application development
• Strong experience with AWS Bedrock and other cloud-based AI services
• Proficiency in Python programming, particularly for AI and machine learning applications
• Experience in developing and deploying chatbots and conversational AI systems
• Knowledge of Agentic AI concepts and implementation
• Experience in API lifecycle development and integration with AI systems
• Understanding of fundamental design principles behind scalable AI applications
• Skilled in writing reusable Python libraries and AI modules
• Experience with DevOps tools and CI / CD processes for AI applications
• Familiarity with containerization technologies for AI deployment
• Working experience with both relational and NoSQL databases
• Experience in developing cloud-native AI applications & services deployed over AWS
• Ability to develop AI services in an Agile environment
