Supply Chain Executive

Job descriptionMonitor stock levels to ensure optimal inventory availability. Conduct regular stock audits and maintain accurate inventory records. Coordinate with warehouse teams for efficient storage and dispatch. Plan and track inbound and outbound shipments. Coordinate with logistics partners to ensure timely and cost-effective transportation. Manage documentation including invoices, packing lists, and shipping schedules. Assist in forecasting demand based on sales trends and historical data. Support production planning to ensure alignment between supply and demand. Analyze stock consumption patterns to prevent overstocking or stockouts. Prepare daily / weekly / monthly SCM reports (inventory status, procurement, logistics). Identify operational inefficiencies and suggest improvement opportunities. Work closely with production, finance, and sales teams to ensure smooth supply chain operations. Support continuous improvement initiatives to streamline processes. Knowledge of procurement and inventory control procedures Understanding of logistics processes and Incoterms Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Good communication and negotiation abilities Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, MIS reporting)
