Job Overview :

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Java Software Engineer to join our engineering team in Bengaluru.

The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and AWS, with a strong foundation in scalable system design and web-based application development.

Key Responsibilities :

• Analyze and understand customer requirements to translate into technical solutions.
• Lead the high-level and technical design of complex software systems.
• Architect and develop scalable, secure, and high-performance Java-based web applications.
• Implement microservices using Spring Boot and RESTful APIs.
• Utilize AWS services, NoSQL databases, and distributed systems concepts.
• Estimate development effort, contribute to sprint planning, and track progress using Agile or Waterfall methodologies.
• Ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
• Perform code reviews, mentor junior developers, and drive quality assurance through unit testing and documentation.
• Continuously evaluate and adopt new technologies to improve system performance and development efficiency.
