Job Title : Senior Software Engineer - Java, Microservices, Kotlin

Location : Bengaluru

We are seeking a self-motivated Senior Software Engineer who thrives in dynamic environments and is eager to work across cross-functional and cross-geographical teams. You will :

Design innovative solutions that improve agility, efficiency, and accuracy in business processes.
Work on complex systems end-to-end and across tech stacks and codebases.
Solve a wide range of technical challenges while continuously building domain expertise.

A Typical Day :

Build microservices and APIs to support platform integrations across mobile and web.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design systems that meet evolving business needs.

Develop platform infrastructure, applications, and tools with a focus on distributed systems, large compute clusters, and petabyte-scale storage.

Participate in architectural decisions to support high-scale, always-available services.

Work with product, pricing, payments, operations, and other teams to define and ship impactful features.

Mentor and support engineers both within and outside your immediate team.

Partner with other engineering teams across for holistic solutions.

Your Expertise :

Bachelors degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.

7+ years of software engineering experience.

Strong programming skills with demonstrated experience in Java, Python, Go, or Rust.

Experience with Kotlin is essential.

Background in building high-scale web applications, APIs, and data pipelines.

Deep understanding of distributed systems, efficient algorithms, and architectural patterns.
