Role Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Data Privacy professional to lead and strengthen our data protection and compliance framework. The role requires strong expertise in privacy regulations, compliance, and advisory for large-scale engagements across industries.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Data Privacy programs ensuring compliance with global and local regulations (GDPR, CCPA, PDPB, HIPAA, etc.).

Oversee implementation of privacy frameworks, policies, and risk assessments.

Conduct Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIAs) and manage privacy risks.

Support client engagements by advising on data handling, cross-border transfers, and third-party risk.

Work closely with Legal, IT, Security, and Risk teams for end-to-end compliance.

Drive privacy awareness, training, and governance programs.

Lead audits and readiness assessments for data privacy certifications.

Qualifications & Skills

6+ years of experience in Data Privacy and compliance.

Strong knowledge of global privacy laws (GDPR, CCPA, PDPB, etc.).

Hands-on experience with privacy tools and GRC platforms.

Excellent stakeholder and team management skills.

Certifications : CIPP / E, CIPP / US, CIPM, CIPT, ISO 27701, DCPP (any combination preferred).
