Job descriptionDevelop and manage MRP systems to ensure the timely availability of materials based on production schedules and demand forecasts. Coordinate with the procurement team to ensure the availability of raw materials, components, and supplies as per production requirements. Monitor and control inventory levels to maintain adequate stock without overstocking or causing shortages. Analyze market trends and historical data to forecast demand accurately and align production planning accordingly. Ensure smooth coordination between production, logistics, and sales teams to meet customer orders on time and in full. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance production efficiency, reduce waste, and optimize resource utilization. Collaborate with the quality team to ensure that all production activities meet required quality standards and regulatory requirements. Maintain accurate records of production schedules, material usage, and inventory levels. Prepare regular reports for management review and decision-making.
