Required Skills & Experience

• 8+ years of project coordination or PMO support in IT implementations, supply-chain / logistics, or ITAM / CMDB projects
• Familiarity with IT Asset Management concepts and endpoint device–lifecycle workflows
• Basic understanding of ServiceNow integration principles (IntegrationHub, REST API patterns)
• Working knowledge of CMDB best practices : data modeling, Transform Maps, reconciliation, and analytics readiness
• Proficiency with project-management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft Teams
• Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
