Job description
  • B.E / B.Tech in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering with Minimum 3 Years of Experience in Project Execution, Vendor Co Ordination / Vendor Management, Plant Operation / Maintenance, Project Management, Procurement / Purchasing.
  • Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with Minimum 5 Years of Experience in Project Execution, Vendor Co Ordination / Vendor Management, Plant Operation / Maintenance, Project Management, Procurement / Purchasing.
  • Project Co-Ordinator responsibility is below but not limited to following :

    • Arranging and attending the Kick Off meeting with internal team and Client.
    • Documenting and circulating the minutes of the meeting with the relevant stakeholders.
    • Attending Onsite Visit / Meeting with the Client. Preparing, Documenting and circulating the minutes of the meeting with all the stake holder
    • Initiating search for the new vendors and assessing the same with the reporting manager.
    • Documenting the tender document with relevant project details.
    • Documenting the Data Sheet with relevant project Details.
    • Co Coordinating with client if the necessary.
    • Preparing the Hand over Document for the Client.
    • Coordinating, Documenting and circulating the GFC drawing with the internal team and Client.
    • Candidates from Gujarat will be preferred.
