Chartered Accountant(CA)

About the Role

We are looking for a highly experienced and detail-oriented Chartered Accountant with a strong background in finance, accounting, taxation, and compliance. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience in a regular, full-time role and the ability to independently manage end-to-end financial operations for the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Accounting & Reporting

Oversee day-to-day accounting operations and ensure accurate financial records.

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements as per statutory requirements.

Ensure compliance with IND-AS / Accounting Standards.

Manage cash flow, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.

Taxation & Compliance

Handle direct and indirect taxes including GST, TDS, Income Tax, and statutory filings.

Ensure timely submission of tax returns and statutory forms.

Liaise with tax consultants, auditors, and government officials as required.

Conduct tax planning to optimize financial performance.

Internal Controls & Audit

Implement and monitor internal controls and accounting policies.

Coordinate with internal and statutory auditors for annual audits.

Ensure adherence to corporate governance and regulatory standards.

Financial Management

Evaluate financial performance and identify improvement areas.

Assist senior management in strategic planning and financial decision-making.

Review and approve payroll, vendor payments, and expense controls.

Other Responsibilities

Manage banking operations, loan documentation, and fund management.

Oversee ERP / Accounting software processes and ensure data accuracy.

Supervise and mentor junior finance staff.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Chartered Accountant (CA), fully qualified.

Minimum

10 years

of work experience in accounting, finance, and compliance.

Solid knowledge of GST, Income Tax, Companies Act, and applicable Indian regulations.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in Tally ERP, SAP, or other accounting tools.

Strong communication and leadership abilities.
