Role Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Employee Central Analyst to join our HR Systems team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) , a strong understanding of HR operations , and excellent communication and analytical skills.
You will play a key role in managing employee lifecycle transactions, supporting HR operations, and ensuring data integrity across systems. This position is ideal for professionals with 1–3 years of experience looking to grow their career in HR systems and analytics.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and process employee lifecycle transactions (onboarding, transfers, promotions, exits, etc.) in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
- Ensure accuracy and consistency of employee master data and maintain compliance with HR policies and data governance standards.
- Support HR operations and handle employee data change requests in a timely and efficient manner.
- Collaborate with HR business partners, payroll, and IT teams to ensure smooth integration and data flow.
- Generate standard and ad-hoc HR reports using EC and related tools.
- Participate in testing, documentation, and deployment of EC enhancements or new functionalities.
- Provide day-to-day system and process support to HR and end users.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives within the HR technology landscape.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, or a related field.1–3 years of experience working with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central .Solid understanding of HR processes and employee lifecycle management.Experience in HR data management, reporting, and troubleshooting .Strong attention to detail, analytical mindset, and problem-solving skills.Excellent verbal and written communication skills .Ability to work collaboratively across teams and handle confidential information with discretion.Preferred Qualifications
SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central certification (optional but desirable).Exposure to HR integrations (e.g., Payroll, Recruiting, or Performance modules).Experience with ticketing tools or HR service delivery platforms.Understanding of data privacy and GDPR compliance in HR systems.
