Sr. Data Engineer (Hybrid in Bangalore)

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Data Engineer to join our Data Engineering team at Smartsheet. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of data pipeline architecture, data warehousing, and business intelligence. They will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining data pipelines that support Smartsheet's business operations and analytics.

You Will :

• Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable data pipelines that ingest, transform, and load data from various sources into Smartsheet's data warehouse.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand data requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Implement data quality checks and monitoring to ensure data accuracy and integrity
• Optimize data pipelines for performance and efficiency
• Troubleshoot and resolve data pipeline issues
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends in data engineering
• Strategically apply and champion AI tools within your team's domain to improve project execution, system design, quality, and debugging, leading adoption of AI best practices and driving measurable productivity gains
• Perform other duties as assigned
