About the Role
We are seeking experienced and customer-oriented Customer Care Associates (Voice Process) to join our team in Gurgaon. The role requires excellent communication skills and prior experience in handling international customer queries over the phone.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound / outbound customer queries effectively via phone calls.
- Ensure high CSAT scores by delivering accurate and professional responses.
- Provide complete, clear, and quality information to customers.
- Document customer interactions in the CRM system and ensure compliance.
- Escalate complex issues to senior support or relevant teams when required.
- Meet process-related KPIs (quality, productivity, adherence).
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in an International Voice Customer Care Process (mandatory).Excellent verbal communication skills in English – no compromises.Strong listening, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle challenging customers.Graduate / Undergraduate candidates may apply.Comfortable working in UK shifts .Why Join Us
