Job description

Remote Community Growth Partner

We are looking for a skilled and self-motivated individual to join our team as a Remote Community Growth Partner.

This is a fully remote, freelance role where you will be responsible for onboarding community admins to our platform.

  • Contact Telegram, Discord, and other community admins to introduce them to our platform.
  • Help onboard interested admins and ensure they use the platform actively for at least 7 days.

You will earn :

  • ₹500-₹2000 per successful onboarding (based on group size and activity)
  • 5% lifetime revenue share from each onboarded user
  • Performance bonuses + commission upgrades for top contributors

    • Requirements

  • Strong communication and messaging skills
  • Familiarity with Telegram, Discord, Reddit, or similar platforms
  • Fluent in English
  • Self-motivated, responsible, and outcome-focused
