Viralo is looking for a data-driven, hands-on Growth Marketer with 4+ years of proven experience in performance marketing. As part of our fast-scaling microdrama platform, you'll take ownership of driving customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth through scalable paid campaigns and innovative growth strategies .
Key Responsibilities
- Own & scale paid marketing campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, and other relevant channels.
- Monitor, analyse, and optimize campaign performance across metrics like CTR, CPA, CAC, LTV, and ROAS.
- Design and run structured A / B and multivariate tests on creatives, ad copies, funnels, and audience cohorts.
- Collaborate with product and content teams to align growth initiatives with user journeys.
- Manage budgets effectively, with a focus on maximizing ROI while testing new opportunities.
- Implement and oversee tracking, attribution, and reporting systems (Pixels, UTMs, GA4, MMPs).
- Stay ahead of platform updates, algorithm changes, and new-age growth channels (influencer, affiliates, programmatic, etc.).
Requirements
4+ years of full-time experience in performance / digital marketing with hands-on campaign ownership.Strong expertise in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and at least one analytics platform (GA4, Amplitude, Mixpanel, etc.).Proven track record of managing significant monthly budgets and achieving ambitious CAC / ROAS targets.Analytical mindset with comfort in Excel / Sheets, dashboards, and cohort analysis. SQL knowledge is a plus.Exposure to or strong interest in marketing automation, growth loops, referral programs, or funnel optimization.Bonus : Prior experience in subscription products, content platforms, or consumer apps.Why Join Us
