(Urgent) Chartered Accountant – Operations

About the Role

We are seeking a qualified Chartered Accountant to join the Operations Team at Style Baazar. The role will focus on driving financial efficiency across procurement and operational functions. The CA will be responsible for financial analysis, cost optimization, vendor management support, and ensuring compliance with company policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct financial analysis to monitor procurement costs, margins, and operational efficiency.
• Partner with the procurement team to evaluate vendor proposals, pricing strategies, and cost-benefit analyses.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis for procurement and operational expenses.
• Monitor working capital, vendor payments, and cash flow related to operations.
• Develop MIS reports for management, highlighting operational KPIs, savings opportunities, and cost deviations.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, taxation, and statutory requirements in procurement and operations.
• Collaborate with internal audit and control teams to ensure proper checks in operational finance.
• Provide financial insights to support decision-making on vendor negotiations, procurement contracts, and inventory planning.
