As the Campaign Delivery Manager for Performance Marketing, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing CPL-driven web campaigns. The role requires end-to-end management of campaigns, strong affiliate and publisher partnerships, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to drive lead generation, enhance quality, and maximize ROI.
Key Responsibilities
- Web Campaign Management : Lead the execution, monitoring, and optimization of CPL-based affiliate marketing campaigns across web platforms.
- Affiliate & Publisher Relationship Management : Build, nurture, and manage strong partnerships with web affiliates and publishers to ensure smooth campaign delivery and long-term collaboration.
- Performance Tracking & Reporting : Track and analyze campaign performance with a focus on CPL models, reporting key metrics such as leads delivered, lead-to-sale ratio, and conversion quality.
- Optimization : Proactively implement strategies to reduce CPL, improve lead quality, increase conversion rates, and maximize overall ROI.
- Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams : Partner with sales, product, and creative teams to ensure alignment on campaign objectives, lead quality requirements, and creative assets.
- Analytics & Insights : Leverage analytics tools to evaluate web campaign performance, delivering actionable insights to enhance effectiveness.
- Compliance & Quality Assurance : Ensure lead generation campaigns adhere to compliance standards, publisher guidelines, and company policies to maintain lead quality and brand reputation.
- Content & Creatives Coordination : Work with the content / design teams to develop and optimize creatives, landing pages, and forms to support affiliates and maximize lead generation.
- Onboarding & Training : Support onboarding of new affiliates and publishers, ensuring they are aligned with campaign KPIs, compliance, and expectations.
Qualifications & Experience
Experience : Minimum of 5+ years in affiliate marketing, performance marketing, or lead generation, with strong exposure to CPL-driven web campaigns.Expertise : Strong understanding of CPL models, web traffic sources, and lead quality metrics.Tools Knowledge : Hands-on experience with campaign tracking platforms (HasOffers, Affise, Trackier, etc.)Analytical Skills : Ability to interpret campaign data, assess lead quality, and make data-driven optimization decisions.Communication & Collaboration : Excellent relationship management and negotiation skills with affiliates / publishers and internal stakeholders.Organizational Skills : Strong ability to manage multiple campaigns, publishers, and stakeholders simultaneously while meeting delivery timelines.Show more
