Associate Senior Architect - Life Science & Tech

We are seeking an Associate Senior Architect to support project teams in creating world-class designs for diverse facilities, with a focus on Life Science and Technology . This role involves assisting projects from the conceptual design phase through to construction administration, ensuring all deliverables meet high standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and Development : Assist project teams in developing, modifying, and reviewing construction drawings and specifications for various facilities. Help create interior designs based on client vision and project requirements.
• Technical Guidance : Provide guidance to the 3D visualization team for conceptual and final architectural renderings. Ensure all work adheres to commonly used concepts, practices, and codes within the architecture industry.
• Client Relations : Build and maintain effective relationships with existing clients, customers, and contractors to help generate new business opportunities.
• Coordination : Work with multiple disciplines to create a cohesive and coordinated design package.
