We are seeking an Associate Senior Architect to support project teams in creating world-class designs for diverse facilities, with a focus on Life Science and Technology . This role involves assisting projects from the conceptual design phase through to construction administration, ensuring all deliverables meet high standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and Development : Assist project teams in developing, modifying, and reviewing construction drawings and specifications for various facilities. Help create interior designs based on client vision and project requirements.
- Technical Guidance : Provide guidance to the 3D visualization team for conceptual and final architectural renderings. Ensure all work adheres to commonly used concepts, practices, and codes within the architecture industry.
- Client Relations : Build and maintain effective relationships with existing clients, customers, and contractors to help generate new business opportunities.
- Coordination : Work with multiple disciplines to create a cohesive and coordinated design package.
Required Qualifications
Education : A Bachelor's degree in Architecture from an accredited program is required.Experience : 3-6 years of relevant experience is necessary. Experience in Life Science, Technology, aerospace, military, and industrial facilities is preferred.Technical Skills : Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and SketchUp is mandatory. Strong experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is a must.Skills : Must have the ability to read and interpret architectural drawings. Strong technical, written, and verbal communication skills are required.Skills Required
