Job Description :

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into actionable technical solutions.
• Design, develop, and implement workflows and applications using Microsoft Power Platform, including PowerApps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
• Enhance and manage SharePoint Online solutions for document management, collaboration, and business process automation.
• Conduct gap analysis and recommend innovative solutions to improve business processes and operational efficiency.
• Create detailed documentation, including functional specifications, process flows, and user stories, to support development and deployment.
• Provide training and support to end-users to ensure successful adoption of digital tools and platforms.
• Work closely with development teams to ensure solutions align with business objectives and technical feasibility.
• Utilize data analytics tools to generate insights and reports that aid in decision-making and performance tracking.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and trends in the digital business landscape to recommend future improvements.
• Ensure compliance with organizational standards and best practices in all digital transformation initiatives.

Preferred Skills : Expertise in Power Platform, PowerApps, SharePoint, Power BI, and other Microsoft 365 tools. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are essential
