Job descriptionStrong background in managing and resolving issues within networking and cloud-based environments Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electronics, Networking, or a related discipline Excellent verbal communication skills and a collaborative mindset Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-impact settings Swing Shift : 4 : 00 PM – 1 : 00 AM IST Overnight Shift : 12 : 00 AM – 9 : 00 AM IST
We, at CommScope are seeking proactive problem-solvers across multiple experience levels to help ensure the performance, stability, and availability of our product suite.
Requires strong expertise in managing and troubleshooting networking and cloud-based infrastructure.
Open Roles :
- Senior Technical Support Engineer (3–8 years experience) Suited for experienced engineers who can lead complex troubleshooting efforts and mentor junior team members.
- Staff Technical Support Engineer (9–12 years experience) A strategic role for seasoned experts who drive infrastructure reliability and contribute to architectural decisions.
